Winning participants must sign an agreement, setting out the terms and conditions on the use of the Wireless Sensor platform in order to receive the prize.

Genesys has the right to use the content on any submission for the purposes of business planning.

Participants may make multiple entries, with each entry corresponding to a a different device or application.

The current competition opens on 13 December 2023 and closes 31 January 2024. The results of the current competition will be awarded and announced on the Genesys blog in early February. This competition may be run multiple times through 2023-24.

Participants must claim the prize within three months of notification.

The submission deemed by Genesys to be the best application of the WWS technology will be awarded the free Wireless Sensor. Genesys Electronics Design is the sole arbiter of how it will award prizes.

Genesys will award at least one Wireless Sensor unit as part of this competition. It may, at its sole discretion, award more units to submissions judged to have very high merit. If the first place recipient declines to go forward with using the prize, it will be awarded to the second place, and so on.

Genesys will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any damages that may occur in the use of the Wireless Sensor

Any disputes in regard to this competition will be resolved firstly by appointment of an independent mediator. Failing that, resolution will conducted in the courts of NSW, Australia.
